This is my Kala Ukulele that I have been learning on since I picked it up in Hawaii earlier this year. I’m usually looking down at it from the side, and this is an angle I don’t usually see. As with prior weeks, I’m using a macro lens to get close up. I had planned to focus stack, but I liked how the strings disappear and also how the G-string appears to get thinner in the center. Of course, it’s just the focus plane, but I’m learning how thin that plane can be.
